Are you tired of the same old posed shots the regular guy does year after year?

Thinking it would be great to hire a photographer to come out and take
great action shots of your athlete or team during a game.
Well, we have the answer for you.
We are happy to come out to a soccer pitch, hockey rink, football field, etc. to
photograph your favorite athletes during the height of competition.
You can schedule us for 1 game or an entire season, the choice is yours.

Photos have not been processed, they can be cropped and lightened - some monitors may show photos darker than they actual are.

Photo Fee Schedule

We have setup a fee schedule to make it easier for you to hire us to
photograph your athlete. This fee will ensure that we will capture
enough photographs of your athlete for you to purchase any one of our
custome items such as Custom Posters, Standup cutouts, shirts/ sweaters,
Magazine Covers, or Photo Books (offered by M2R & SMUGMUG).
We can be hired by individuals or teams. The more players that we are
contracted to photograph, the less we charge per player.

How do I order a poster?

How do I schedule you to come to our event/game?
All you have to do is contact us and set up a time and place. [see above]

Is there a charge/sitting *fee to photograph an event/game?

We do charge a $100 fee to come and photograph your event, however, if you and/or members of your team meet a $200 minimum order requirement (Manitoba Only), we will waive this fee. For out of town, contact us for a quote.
*(The $100 fee is waived if M2RSPORTS.COM Photography participated in your opening day event).

Do you require a deposit?
We require payment in full when the order is placed.

Do I get to view and choose the photographs to be used in the poster?
M2RSPORTS.COM Photography holds the right to be creative, we will try to work with you for suggestions. We select the best photos available in designing the poster. A typical order does not include the viewing and choosing of photographs, however, we do offer a “Customize your way” package which allows this option.

What is a “Customize your way” package?

The “Customize your way” package allows you the opportunity to choose between five and ten of your favorite photos. We will provide the photos to you on a CD or via web based gallery.
Once you choose your favorites, the artist will then determine which best fit the poster/layout.
A proof of the poster will be emailed to you or the location via gallery, for your final approval. You will receive your choice of 12x18 poster -paper or vinyl or 24 x 36 vinyl poster - and a CD of all pictures taken of your child for $199.

Are the digital negatives available for purchase?

Yes. Digital negatives are the full-size, digital format of your child’s photographs. These photos can be emailed, used on web pages or printed.
We offer a photo CD/ DVD of all photos taken of your child for $99 with the purchase of any poster or $20 per file.

How long does it take to get my poster?

You can expect your poster 4-6 weeks after we’ve photographed your child/ athlete. In most cases, it is sooner.
Please note this is not 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

How do I receive my poster?
We will contact you once your order is complete to discuss pickup/delivery options. In many cases, as with soccer, hockey and baseball, we are present at the fields and can arrange to meet you when convenient. You also have the option to pick up from us.

Do you cover all sports?
Yes. Before contacting us, though, please check to ensure our ability to have access onto the ice,field/court, etc.

How long do you keep my photos/order? What if I want reprints?
We archive all posters for an extended period, but the action photos are only available for 90 days after the end of the season/event.
